When is home care helpful?

Home care is invaluable for those needing support with daily activities, medical assistance, or companionship in their own homes. ThriveWell At Home offers unmatched service and a holistic approach to health and wellness. Our compassionate team provides personalized transformative care tailored to individual needs, empowering each person to thrive in the comfort of their own home.

How does home care work?

We begin with an initial assessment, where we take the time to understand your needs and preferences. Based on this assessment, we'll create a personalized care plan tailored to you. Our approach integrates our 5 Drivers of Health and Wellness: Personal, Community, Physical, Nutritional, and Spiritual. We'll then match you with a dedicated ThriveWell Champion who will ensure you receive the care you deserve, guiding you through a holistic journey towards optimal health. Throughout our process, your health and well-being will be our top priority.

How do I get started with care for mom, dad, or loved one?

Getting started is simple. Contact us at 754 900 8663 to schedule an in-home assessment where we’ll discuss your parent’s needs and create a customized care plan.

Does Medicare pay for the ThriveWell At Home for my loved one?

Medicare does not cover private-duty home care services. However, we can help you explore other payment options and resources.

Do you accept Long-Term Care insurance (LTCI)?

At ThriveWell At Home, we accept Long-Term Care Insurance policies to help cover our services. We work closely with families to explain the process and ensure proper reimbursement according to the policy's guidelines. Given the unique nature of each policy, we'll review this with you to ensure you maximize your coverage benefits.
